Physioplus+ will be adding a whole series of Tips and Exercises to our website.

Patients will be given access free of cost to the appropriate exercises to ensure they have a reminder of the exact exercise and also a summary of the purpose.

This an additional service and is not subject to charge. If the exercise required for your issue is not yet listed we remind you that this is an additional service, not a component of your treatment.
