Falls Prevention and Balance Classes - Further Information

Struggling with kerbs or staying on your feet? This class is for you!

We will do an initial assessment to see why you are having problems, as there are multiple causes of poor balance. Then if your problems are likely to be improved by the activities that we do in our classes, you will be booked into the next available class.

Assessment will cost £60 and take 30 minutes.

We will ask you to fill in a pre-assessment form online or in person and an appointment will be booked for assessment.

Your therapist(s) will explain what is causing your issues at the end of the assessment.

If the problems you have are suitable for the classes, you will then be booked for a course of 6 classes at £12.50 per class, payable in advance at time of booking (£75 total cost).

You can book for a further course of 6 classes at the end if needed.

If your issues aren’t suitable for classes we will explain why and offer you individual treatment if you wish. This only applies to about 15% of people with a history of falls or balance problems and we will never pressure you into treatment.
